Our Journey
Since we opened our doors to Manteca in April 2020, we have strived to serve the “Family City” well. Over the years, Chick-fil-A Manteca has had the opportunity to showcase care and love to its community in various ways. Whether it is through local partnerships, team member development, or serving guests, our vision is to be Manteca’s most caring company through joyful influence and craveable food.
Today, Chick-fil-A Manteca employs over 115 team members and is committed to executing remarkable hospitality in the Central Valley. We seek to live out our vision by having a positive influence on others and providing an environment where all guests are treated with honor, dignity, and respect. We exist to honor God in everything we do, develop servant leaders, pursue excellence and grow, and to transform our community.

It’s Our Pleasure To Serve You!
It's my full-time career – and truly, my passion – to make sure that every one that is served at our restaurant is cared for and has a remarkable experience. In fact, it is our Vision to Be Manteca’s Most Caring Company.
While I am part of a large organization with Chick-fil-A, as an Owner-Operator, I am an individual business partner of Chick-fil-A. This brings not only responsibility and accountability, which is good for Guests and our Team Members alike, it also allows me to make the Restaurant a home in this community to all who enter our doors or come through our drive-thru.
I am grateful that we brought the first Chick-fil-A to Manteca, The Family City, in 2020, and will be opening our second Chick-fil-A Restaurant in Manteca in early 2025! My extended family is from the Central Valley, but I have lived most of my life in Colorado. My wife and three children are excited to establish deep roots here. It is my personal goal to offer outstanding food with unparalleled service, while creating a welcoming environment for everyone.
We are committed to serving our community, delivering smiles, developing leaders, and creating memories. I am truly passionate about developing the next generation of leaders in our community. I look forward to meeting you in the Restaurant, so please stop by and say hello!
Our History
Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy (1921-2014).
Chick-fil-A traces its roots back to 1946, when Truett Cathy and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House®). Through the years, that restaurant prospered and led Cathy to further the success of his business.
In 1967, Cathy founded and opened the first Chick-fil-A restaurant in Atlanta's Greenbriar Shopping Center. Today, Chick-fil-A has the highest same-store sales and is the largest quick-service chicken restaurant chain in the United States based on annual system-wide sales.
Cathy’s family has continued his tradition of leadership, including his son Dan, who was appointed as the company’s CEO in 2013, and grandson Andrew, who serves as the current Chick-fil-A CEO.
