Hello! I’ve been with Chick-fil-A Manteca for almost 4 years! I started opening week. As the HR Director I oversee our store’s people operations, including recruiting, retention, culture and compliance matters! I love our team - they are some of the best people I have met and I am thankful for the opportunity to serve somewhere that focuses on the next generation and their leadership development.

Hi! I have served with Chick-fil-A for over three years and love being a part of this community. In my role I focus on our business strategy, operational excellence, and our talent plan. I enjoy investing in our team as they grow as leaders and develop themselves as individuals. My current role is HR Generalist where I assist in any Human Resources matters, but my main focus is hiring and onboarding strong team members to join our team. My favorite thing about working for Chick-fil-A is the opportunity to serve at Grand Openings. Some of the Grand openings I’ve attended have been in Hawaii, Michigan, Illinois, and Florida.

In our team, every role holds significance, regardless of its size. Hi! I have been serving Chick-fil-A Manteca since the start of 2024! My current role is the catering specialist where I get to coordinate and execute catering orders for events, and ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Prior to working at the Manteca Chick-fil-A location, I have worked at three other locations. Through all of this experience, I love working for a company that genuinely cares about the community we serve.

Hello! My name is Sarah LoSole and I am the Front of House Director. I started as a Team Member in 2020 and have been serving at the restaurant for four years. In my current role, I focus on leading the team to deliver a remarkable guest experience through our Wining Hearts Every Day strategy specifically Genuine Hospitality and a Clean and Safe Environment. My favorite thing about working for Chick-fil-A is being able to mentor and develop others into becoming servant leaders.

Hey there! I am currently the Director of Training and Development, where I oversee new hire training and the implementation of comprehensive development systems for our team. I will be approaching 3 years with Chick-fil-A Manteca. I love seeing our team members reach their potential without them even realizing that they have that potential, which has been pretty rewarding. Witnessing their growth from the moment they joined to eventually stepping into leadership roles is truly inspiring and is my favorite part of my job.

Hello! I have served at the Chick-fil-A in Manteca since it opened in 2020. I started as a team member and worked my way up to my current role as Assistant Director of Drive-Thru Operations. I focus on higher guest satisfaction and stronger accountability around service to improve team member skills and provide more consistent guest experiences in the Drive-thru. My favorite part about my role is creating systems and processes to improve our efficiencies in overall operations and being able to intentionally develop future leaders in the restaurant.
